Coach Ruben is a lifelong Dodgers fan who appreciates baseball history, including Brooklyn in 39’ when Willard Mullin first developed the dubious cartoon character of the “Brooklyn bum”. He bleeds Dodger Blue, and that’s why our caps display the old Brooklyn “B”, and the uniforms and jackets use the ‘ballpark’ font with red numbers.
