Founded in 1987, then known as the “Park Bums”, the team grew out of the Mid-Valley area, with most of the players coming out of Mid-Valley Little League. They quickly established themselves as a well-coached squad that was always competitive, focusing on the fundamentals of baseball. Over the past 3 decades the program has grown, and now known simply as the “Bums”. With players coming from throughout the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles. The program boasts a record that 95% of the kids that play through the upper divisions go on to play high school baseball.
